When should you wait for an upcoming smartphone?
Generational Chipset LeapIf the upcoming model introduces a jump in silicon node (e.g. 4nm to 3nm) or a brand new architecture, waiting 4-8 weeks usually delivers significant battery efficiency and thermal gains.
Pre-Launch Price Drop on PredecessorsEven if you do not end up buying the new release, announcing it almost always triggers immediate 15-25% price cuts on current-generation stock on Amazon and Flipkart.
